    Step 1

    用调味料腌猪肉碎,然后加入红萝卜和香菇搅拌成馅料。Marinate minced pork with seasoning. Add in carrot and mushrooms to mix.

    Step 2

    将馅料填入每片冬瓜中。Stuff filling into winter melon cases.

    Step 3

    把冬瓜放在蒸盘里,大火蒸10-12分钟,然后把其汤汁倒在小的不粘锅里,小火煮至滚,然后勾芡。Arrange on a steaming tray. Steam over rapid boiling water for 10-12 minutes. Pour out the gravy into a small nonstick pan. Cook to a low boil then thicken with potato starch mixture.

    Step 4

    把酱汁倒在冬瓜上,再加少许川烫过的菜心装饰。Pour the gravy over and add choy sum as a garnish.
